CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITIES AND DESIGNS
We can offer customers years of experience in the design and development of their product. We specialize in a wide range of engineering areas, the main areas include the design and construction of forming tools, injection molds. For this purpose, we are able to optimize the final shape of the part with the customer’s requirements. Our other portfolio of design activities includes the design and construction of single-purpose equipment, light machine construction and various fixtures. We also prepare designs of assemblies and partial design documentation according to customer requirements.
What is our equipment
We primarily use Siemens NX design software for the design. In which we create both 3D model and 2D drawing documentation. We are also able to provide the use of supporting programs from external sources for various calculations and analyses according to the customer’s requirements. Outputs are of course also in other common formats. For example, 3D formats (STP, IGES, STEP, Parasolid, STL and others) and 2D formats (PDF, DWG, DXF and others). We use commonly available standardized parts from reputable suppliers for the construction of tools, moulds and jigs. Alternatively, we use standard or manufactured parts according to customer specifications. Designs and procedures are always consulted with the customer to achieve the best final solution.
