Steel grit
Steel grit
Sharp-edged steel grit is an effective blasting material, with lower dust content, high bulk density, which is particularly suitable for cleaning, roughening, descaling and for blasting as a preparation before coating metal workpieces. It is produced in three hardness grades GP, GL, GH.

Use
- GP – Scale cleaning
- the lowest grain hardness is quickly rounded
- GL – Surface preparation
- medium hardness grains are rounded gradually
- GH – Surface cleaning and roughening, removal of old paint
- highest hardness grains remain sharp-edged
