ABRASIVE MATERIALS AND PLASTERING COMPOUNDS

ABRASIVE MATERIALS AND PLASTERING COMPOUNDS

We offer quality abrasive materials for blasting different types of surfaces according to the application. Steel granulate and grit, ceramic abrasive, balotine, natural garnet, white and brown corundum. We also offer ceramic and plastic plastering bodies of various shapes and sizes including compound.

STEEL GRANULATE

High carbon steel granulate is characterized by high durability, lower dust and effective cleaning effect.

STEEL ROAD

Sharp-edged steel grit is an efficient blasting material, with lower dustiness, high bulk density.

Stainless steel granulate

Stainless steel granulate is the ideal material for sandblasting stainless steel, aluminium and non-ferrous metals.

Stainless steel grit

High chromium stainless steel grit used as an alternative to corundum with benefits including a more stable operating compound and reduced abrasive consumption.

Ceramic abrasive / ZIRBLAST

Fused ceramic microspheres have a higher density than glass abrasives and therefore have a significantly higher blasting efficiency.

Balotina

Balotina, or also glass microspheres, finds its use usually in finishing work. It can be used for blasting non-ferrous metals or for surface unification of stainless steel materials, e.g. after welding.

THE BLACK CORUND

Brown corundum is characterized by extreme hardness and toughness. It is a blasting material that does not contain free iron.

WHITE CORUND

White corundum or aluminium oxide is a very clean and hard abrasive material that is suitable for machining stainless steel and aluminium.

Plastering bodies

We offer a range of plastering bodies and technological liquids (compound) for plastering technology.
